exchange policy

we offer exchanges for items purchased from our website under the following conditions:

eligibility for exchange

  • exchanges are only available for orders shipped within the continental United States.
  • the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

how to request an exchange:

  • contact our customer service team at support@gmichi.store with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and further instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

processing time:

  • please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your exchange once we receive the item.
  • you will receive an email notification with the tracking information for your new item once it has been shipped.

non-exchangeable items

certain items are exempt from being exchanged:
